Boiling Springs had limited offensive opportunities with four corners and a shot while Susquenita dominated with six corners and ten shots.
With the win, Susquenita moved on the district championship where it faced Oley Valley.
While the Blackhawks couldn’t pull off a win, they kept the game impressively close with a 3-1 loss to earn a runner up title for District III and a spot on the state bracket.
Oley Valley’s Izzy Buehler scored all three goals for the Lynx via a corner in the second quarter and two hard shots in the third quarter.
The Blackhawks were very limited on offense, but Callie Brouse found Richards in the third quarter who took one of Susquenita’s five shots and scored. The Blackhawks also earned three corners while goalies Ava Taube and Leah Allewelt combined for nine saves.
