A supercomputer has predicted Liverpool's final position in the Premier League table next season.
The Reds are preparing for the new campaign by stepping up their pre-season preparations under new head coach Arne Slot. Liverpool will travel to the United States later this month for three pre-season fixtures against Real Betis, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Liverpool begin their Premier League campaign away against newly-promoted Ipswich Town on August 17. That will be followed by the Reds' first home match and Slot's first match at Anfield against Brentford a week later.
Slot will be looking to bring further success to Liverpool this season after Jurgen Klopp guided the Reds to the Carabao Cup last term. As the Premier League season nears, attention is beginning to look ahead to how the new campaign will pan out.

A supercomputer created by Grosvenor Sport has attempted to predict how the new season will finish. The prediction has the full Premier League table, including Liverpool's final league position.
According to the supercomputer, Liverpool will finish in third place in the Premier League next season. The Reds will finish on 80 points, six behind second-placed Arsenal and 14 adrift of predicted winners Manchester City.
Liverpool are also predicted to finish ahead of fourth-placed Manchester United by nine points. With this prediction, the Reds would miss out on the league title but secure qualification for the Champions League and match last season's final league position.
At the other end of the table, Ipswich, Wolves and Nottingham Forest are the clubs predicted to be relegated to the Championship. Everton are predicted to finish in 13th place and are safe from relegation.
